At Children's Toy Place, we sell educational children's toys because children love toys and we love children.  Children's Toy Place caters to handicapped children and children with special needs or physical disabilities.  We get excited about finding special toys for our special needs children. At Children's Toy Place we work hard finding children's toys that will be usable and safe for our special needs children. As a Grandmother of a special needs child I really consider this site fun to work with. Taking the challenge out of finding toys for handicapped children and children with special needs or physical disabilities is our goal, because at Children's Toy Place we know that just raising handicapped children is challenge enough.  Our thoughts in picking out our products is that we try to make them easy to find for you and fun to play with and learn from for your children.

To locate toys just use your mouse and arrow over to the categories section.  For the categories that have a small black arrow if you put your pointer on the arrow another menu will pop down that will allow more selections in that category.  If you have a particular word in mind you can just put the word into the box above the search button then hit the button and the products that you are searching for will show up.  We have tried to give a large selection because different children have different likes and abilities.  If there is not a product that you are looking for please let us know and we will be happy to search for the toys you want.  You can contact us by pressing the contact button and filling in your information.  We get really excited when we can help you in finding something special for your children.  At Children's Toy Place we consider your needs our needs.

We are continually adding new products to this site so please return often and catch the fever of learning by playing.  I was thinking the other day that toys are used for so many things.  Professional people who are trying to help hurting children use dolls and puppets to make the children comfortable so they will open up and talk.  Physical therapist use water, balls, blocks and sand among other things to help children strengthen their muscles.  I use products that make music to soothe unhappy children when I am working in the church nursery.  One product I especially like is the Smart Talk because my Granddaughter doesn't use many words yet and the words on this product can be repeated as many times as your child wants.  Children learn by repetition and often it is less frustrating to just have the machine do the repeating.  You choose what words your child hears which makes it really safe.
